Since partnering with us, revenue is up as much as 40% year over year and 48% of bookings now come direct, so the owners keep the commission an OTA would have taken. Guests rate it a 10/10 on Expedia.
Sequoia Meadows
Camp Nelson, California
Three connected cabins on 4.5 forested acres among the giant sequoias of Camp Nelson. We launched it from a standing start in June 2026, taking on listings, pricing, photography, guest messaging and turnovers so the owners didn't have to, and booked 97 stays in the first full quarter.
In four months it earned 72 Airbnb reviews averaging 4.89 stars, and the busiest cabin ran 72 to 82% occupancy all summer while similar listings nearby sat at 15 to 20%.
